In 2019, Pamela E. Young, a dedicated healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience, founded Blessed From Above Massage, LLC with a heartfelt vision—to create a sanctuary where healing and compassion converge.
With a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion & Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and further advanced studies at Gwinnett College-Raleigh Campus, Pamela blended her extensive years of experience as an athletic trainer and physical therapy technician into a unique approach to wellness. Driven by her genuine love for people and her belief that every client is like family, she established a safe, clean, and inviting environment at Heart + Sole Wellness in Graham, NC, complemented by a dedicated home office space.
